“For me, the best way to understand color and design is to observe nature and then take that understanding into the studio. I am continually awed with the beauty and mystery of nature – especially flowers, bouquets, and gardens. My hope is that my love of these will show in my paintings .Understanding that my artwork is a lifelong pursuit that is constantly evolving, I strive to celebrate the natural world around me, and the God who created it all. “
