I paint the local landscapes with the light and colors that give me inspiration. I find the shore lines (which abound) under the ever changing light weather and season a delight that I try to capture in my work.
I moved onto the eastern shore in 1976 for school at then Salisbury State College and felt that I had come home to an area where I belonged. I completed my BA there in art and once I graduated and began a family and a business, set aside art for the distractions of life. I started painting again some fours years ago and found that I brought an eye and experience that improved my abilities to a new level. I hope all will enjoy.
